Shipping Policy

We offer standard delivery in collaboration with various courier services.
It may take up to 2-3 working days for us to process and dispatch your order.
Delivery times vary based on your location. It usually takes 3-5 business days for your order to arrive, once the item has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and your location.
We currently only ship within the UK.
Shipping fees are calculated based on flat rate. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information, so you can track your package and estimate the delivery date.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service, or any other factors beyond our control.

In the case if you are not satisfied with our products

We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, earrings, or any products that are designed to come in contact with the skin.
To proceed a return, please email us at juleluxurycollection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take some time before the refund appears on your bank or credit card statement.
